The Collector...

Collection. n. 1 collecting or being collected. 2 things collected esp. systematically. 3 money collected, esp. at a meeting or church service.
If a collection comprises only one singular object, can it still be referred to as a collection?  The Oxford quick reference Dictionary only provides us with a hazy boundary.  Does the intention to collect grant an object a collective label? Or would the object need to be joined with another? Where do the boundaries begin?

Nowhere is Safe...

Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk. Spotted while on the way to French's fish 'n' chips parlour - best haddock on the north Norfolk coast.

Colourful Individual

This is my goldfish Tony. He is a truly reflective & creative character. He spends his days confined to a regular cuboid tank yet still finds it within himself to add a flourish to his every twist and turn. He is recorded here.
